Ariella Eshed: Artistic Director
formed Tik-sho-ret in 2004. She is an established international director,
performer and workshop leader, based in London.
Directing credits include "Mum, Me" (Tristan Bates Theatre), "The Mythical Melting Pot" (The King’s Head), "A Public Kind of Privacy" (Brighton Festival, Bath, and the White Bear), "Ya’akobi and Leidental" (The New End, Soho Studio and Oval House), "Crocodile Seeking Refuge" (The Lyric Hammersmith), "Kindertransport" (The Bull Theatre), "General Schwarzpoot Hunts Pink Tigers in the Sahara Desert" (Union Theatre), "Hannah and Hannah" (Israeli tour), "The Bride and the Butterfly Hunter" (Etcetera Theatre), "A Love Story with No End" (CPT and Old Red Lion). Rehearsed readings include "Hard Love", "Yaákobi and Leidental", "I Am Speaking To You In Chinese" (Hampstead Theatre), "The Nativity" (New writing festival, Croydon Warehouse), "Drive-thru Nativity" (Blue Elephant Theatre) and "Voices from Israel" (Soho Theatre).
Education experience:
Ariella has taught at ALRA and Mountview acting schools and at the Central School of Speech and Drama. She works regularly for the National Theatre Education Department and as a tutor at the Actors Centre and at the City Lit. International work includes courses and workshops in Israel, Sweden and Japan.

Louise Harris: Producer and Associate
Louise has worked within the drama industry for ten years, as an actor,
producer and in script development. She has a particular interest in working
with upcoming writers and has co-produced new plays at several London Fringe
and off-West End venues, including the Hackney Empire, Stratford Circus and
The Bridewell Theatre. Most recently, Louise has produced Open Page, bi-monthly new writing night
for Stellar Network at the BFI.
Martina von Holn: Designer and Associate
Martina works as a Freelance Designer for Theatre and Performance both in the UK and her home country Germany. Credits include "Hubbub" (for Timewountwait), "Plum Flower in the Snow" (HOME Camberwell), "A Load of Rubbish" (Alleyn`s School Dulwich), "The Time Traveller" (Theaterherbst Greiz), "The Dong with a Luminous Nose" (London Bubble), "Ya’akobi and Leidental" (Oval House Theatre/ Soho Theatre Studio), "EAT London" (London International Festival of Theatre / Trafalgar Square), "The Seal of Confession" (Camden People’s Theatre/ The Albany), "The Tasseographer" (Private Home, London), "The Play about the Baby" (Battersea Arts Centre). In collaboration with Dianna Brinsden she forms part of SHE AND HER, the artist duo creates work in the areas of Live Art and Performance. She is also involved in producing "BOUDOIR ROUGE", a new series of culinary art events.

Josh Black: Administrator and Associate
Josh is a freelance administrator, PA and producer. He has produced "Assassins" (Landor Theatre) and "Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street" (Ctoo, Edinburgh Fringe).
He has worked as Production Manager for Horseshoe Theatre Company in Cambridge, producing "Waiting for Godot" (Mumford Theatre) and "Folk" (Round Church) for them.
Student theatre credits include "Oklahoma!" (Cambridge Arts Theatre),
"Copenhagen" and "Return to the Forbidden Planet" (ADC).
