Ariella Eshed: Artistic Director
formed Tik-sho-ret in 2004. She is an established international director, performer and workshop leader, based in London.

Directing credits include "The Mythical Melting Pot" (The King’s Head), "A Public Kind of Privacy" (Brighton Festival, Bath, and the White Bear), "Ya’akobi and Leidental" (The New End , Soho Studio and Oval House), "Crocodile Seeking Refuge" (The Lyric Hammersmith), "Kindertransport" (The Bull Theatre), "General Schwarzpoot Hunts Pink Tigers in the Sahara Desert" (Union Theatre), "Hannah and Hannah" (Israeli tour), "The Bride and the Butterfly Hunter" (Etcetera Theatre), "A Love Story with No End" (CPT and Old Red Lion). Rehearsed readings include "Hard Love", "Yaákobi and Leidental" (Hampstead Theatre), "The Nativity" (New writing festival, Croydon Warehouse), and "Voices from Israel" (Soho Theatre).

Education experience:
Ariella recently taught at ALRA and Mountview acting schools and has given workshops at the Central School of Speech and Drama. She regularly works for the National Theatre Education Department and as a tutor at the Actors Centre. Ariella has also taught A-level Drama at Barnet College, and has been a guest-tutor at St.Martin's College. She has led workshops at the City Lit College, The Polka Theatre, London Bubble, Putney Youth Theatre, The Tricycle Theatre, and the London Workshop Company. Ariella has taught internationally, including courses in Israel, Sweden and Japan. She is currently studying for an MA in Cross-sectoral and Community Arts at Goldsmiths College.

Louise Harris: Producer and Associate
Louise has worked within the drama industry for ten years, as an actor, producer and in script development. She has a particular interest in working with upcoming writers and has co-produced new plays at several London Fringe and off-West End venues, including the Hackney Empire, Stratford Circus and The Bridewell Theatre.

Martina von Holn: Designer and Associate
Martina works as a freelance designer for theatre and performance both in the UK and her home country of Germany. Design credits include "Ya'akobi and Leidental" (Oval House Theatre, Soho Theatre, New End Theatre), "EAT London" (Trafalgar Square), "The Seal of Confession" (Camden People's Theatre), " The Tasseographer" (private home, London), "Moliere" (Arcola Theatre), "The Play About The Baby" (BAC). She is currently working on "The Dong With a Luminous Nose" for London Bubble Theatre Company and the opening ceremony of Greizer Theaterherbst September 2007, involving over one hundred performers and taking place in an abandoned ice rink.
